CESA #3 and the Southwest REACh Regional Center are please to announce a three day series of workshop to assist your district in building and refining your capacity to become a responsive school.

There are 4 Common Goals that will be investigated at each workshop:

  1. Conduct and interpret a self assessment on the daily session topic

  2. Analyze and apply the essential components of the daily session topic

  3. Examine and discuss the best practices and procedures of the daily topic

  4. Develop and record an action plan applying the new information from the daily topic.

It is suggested that a school based leadership team should be brought to all three events. The leadership team should consist of the building administrator, special education teacher, reading or math specialist, general education teachers, curriculum and assessment coordinator, and any other staff you feel would be integral in implementing this change. There is no cost for these workshops and lunch and refreshment are included. Registration is required.

There are 3 Common Elements for successful RtI implementation identified at both the National and State Level. The tables below show the alignment WI has with the National efforts. Below each table a workshop is planned to address the content and application of these elements.
