The purpose of this training is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct effective resource mapping at their local sites.  The actual mapping of your schools's resources does not take place during the training session.  Resource mapping is a component of the REACh Framework/school planning process, and enables educators to coordinate resrouces to most effectively respond to the learning needs of students.  Participants will be introduced to activities in the four stages of the Resource Mapping process; pre-mapping; mapping strategic implementation and evaluation.  Participants will leave witht he tools and strategies needed for working as a professional learning community to conduct effective resource mapping.  The training is open to anyone who is interested in learning about Resource Mapping.
